Daniel has worked in the mortgage industry for over 15 years and joined the Shelter Mortgage Team in 2023. His career started in operations which makes him adept at navigating the many twists and turns of the mortgage industry from a technical perspective. After buying his first home in 2018, he was inspired to make sure that the dream of homeownership could be a reality for all. He acquired his sales license and has been helping borrowers into their new homes ever since. He truly loves educating his clients about the many paths to homeownership.
Daniel grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and is an avid UGA football fan. He studied political science and played Varsity Football at Columbia University. After graduation, left New York City in his rearview mirror and returned to the city that raised him. Daniel lives in Stone Mountain with his wife Susan and their new son Matthew. He loves sports of all kinds, reading, spending time with his family and firing up the grill with friends. He has run a podcast network since 2014 that covers entertainment, from television and movies to his weekly sports podcast.
